Những giấc mộng đêm hè ( Summer nights dream ) is an annual concert series produced by famed Vietnamese composer and song writer Quốc Trung through his production company Thanh Viet. Julian Was once again asked to provide the Lighting Design following the widely acclaimed Cam tay Mua He concert. Những giấc mộng đêm hè featured widely known and loved artists Tung Duong, Hai Bot and Pham Tu Ha. The concert was to take place in the intimate and beautiful setting of the Hanoi Opera House and this led Julian to put forward a very 'cosy' lighting design merging both modern moving lights and standard theatrical and TV fixtures. The music although well known and loved was rewritten with a contemporary twist with which the lighting blended perfectly with.
